Aviation Services is a business unit within the Aeronatics business area. We primarily work with support solutions within civil and military aviation and operate in a business with a complex regulatory requirement profile. The central quality staff has a very important function here as we provide resources both within our airworthiness certificates and our overarching quality management systems for ISO 9001 and EN 9110.

We are now looking for a Compliance Monitoring Manager for the business unit's Part-145 certificate (component maintenance within SE-EMAR, EASA, FAA, and UK CAA). Here you will become part of an expanding and exciting operation where you will have the opportunity to influence. Your main tasks consist of, within the certification organization:

• Develop and maintain the audit program
• Plan, execute, and follow up on audits according to the audit program
• Monitor changes in current regulations
• Review applications and approve personnel authorizations
• Review applications and approve changes to the organization's Shop Capability List
• Participate in the development and implementation of training
• Maintain contact with relevant authorities regarding certification matters
• Report status regarding requirement compliance to the Accountable Manager

Your Profile

As a person, you are good at communicating and find it easy to collaborate with other people. You are proactive, have an independent working style, and a strong desire to find solutions. To succeed in the role, you need the ability to lead teams to collaboration and engagement. You also have good analytical skills, are meticulous, curious, and driven by the desire to improve operations.

We are looking for you who have:

• Knowledge and experience of maintenance in the aviation sector
• Understanding of aviation regulations and standards, e.g., EASA, SE-EMAR, and ICAO
• Technical interest and good computer skills, including the Office package
• Ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in both Swedish and English
• Class B driver's license, as travel within and outside Sweden may occur.

It is meritorious if you also have:

• An aeronautical engineering education
• Experience of quality audits and knowledge of audit techniques
• Experience of problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of the EN 9110 standard and its application
• Knowledge of Safety Management System.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the currently valid regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship. The position also requires that you undergo an approval process with civil and military aviation authorities.

Location: Linköping or Arboga.
